Our team believes collaboration with referring professionals is essential when developing a patient’s initial care plan. At the point of initial intake, we invite you to share your invaluable input as we coordinate your patient’s care.
Once the proper consents are in place, our team will provide ongoing telephone or email progress reports to you and other stakeholders. This also includes consulting with you as we formulate an aftercare plan. We will also provide you with a copy of your patient’s discharge summary and continuing care plan.

This allows us to provide the highest level of support for the delicate early stages of detox and recovery. Our programming is overseen by a highly skilled medical team who understands how different substances affect each person during withdrawal. With your collaboration as a part of our treatment team, we are able to offer comfortable medically monitored detox and a safe transition to the appropriate continuing care resource that you designate.

Restored Path’s medical team provides unparalleled care for substance use disorders and our physicians and 24-hour nursing staff are skilled at treating acute as well as chronic health concerns and illnesses. We offer state-of-the-art medical detoxification services that also account for the complexities of other underlying health conditions. Our team of experienced, board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses are trained to handle high acuity co-morbid conditions.
Supportive Counseling for Co-occurring Disorders
Our staff is fully licensed and trained to treat co-occurring pathology. We have extensive experience and specialized competency to treat people with substance use disorders who also suffer from thought and mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, depression and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Our licensed therapists are trained in a number of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, which we leverage during our supportive counseling groups and individual sessions with your patient.
